If you provide a service to a large corporation, consider accelerating payment using discounts. It's amazing how much attention saving a few dollars gets. Late payments incur penalties as well--as documented in the purchase order and invoices.

The need for paper checks no longer exists -- or at least they should not be used. The paper media only transfers information to a scanning device and no longer provides a return instrument to the creator. Very soon, banking institutions will no longer allow use of paper checks as handling...
